John and Alpha Electrical was good to deal with. Provided an expert assessment and thorough explanation of what's going on. He provided reasonable rates and is honest about what is going on and what absolutely needs to be done.

John was really great to deal with - we'll be using him from now on and referring family to him as well. We'd gotten an outrageous quote from another electrician, and he quoted significantly less, and then did some digging to find out that what we thought needed to be fixed was actually completely fine. He was really easy to communicate with and accessible at odd hours, and we would have paid way more for his expertise but he insisted that his fees were sufficient. Very honest and reliable, he is a gem.

Power went off after hours on a Thursday evening, called Epcor and confirmed there was no outage. Called Alpha and was attended to within the hour. John provided a quick and thorough diagnosis of the issue I had (lost power, entire home) and provided insight into why it happened and how we could fix it. A true professional, he took the time to walk me through potential causes and what the implications would be for each. Eventually he found the cause of the outage, and luckily enough he was able to fix it. John explained to me exactly what the problem was, how he fixed it, why it happened to begin with, and the best way for me to proceed for monitoring the situation moving forward. Alpha’s phone number is now saved in the contacts in my phone, if/when I need any electrical maintenance or installation work done they will be my first call. Thank you!

John and his team completed a panel swap for me. Originally the plan was to install a 200 amp service with Epcor. Even with the insane lack of communication from the Epcor team, John made sure I was informed at every step of the process. I really appreciate his honesty and dedication to me as the client throughout the complicated process with Epcor. Eventually we had to pivot on the scope of work to no fault of John or his team. i was super impressed with the whole Alpha team that came out for the install. Everyone did great work and were willing to answer all my questions.
